Our EKM-15IDS is a revenue grade kWh submeter. It is great for metering any 120 volt load to a high accuracy required for billing purposes or just for tracking usage. This meter provides an excellent value if you are looking for a simple, read-off- the-face meter. Very reliable and easy to install. This is the 120 volt version of our EKM-25IDS which is a 120/240 volt 3-wire meter. State-of-the- art, fully solid-state kWh meter with 800 pulses per kWh pulse output Accurate to within 1%, LCD readout in hundredths of a kWh, to 99999.99 kWh. No conversion factor or multiplier needed. Compact, very easy to install design. Simple DIN-rail mounts. Wires pass through 3/8+" diameter tubes in the meter body--Will accept some (but not all) 2AWG insulated wire. The only electrical connection is made by 2 small screws which penetrate the wire insulation and pick up power for the meter and give the meter it's voltage reference. This meter draws less than 1 watt. Non-resettable LCD display. Usage data is stored even if the meter loses power for 10 years. Tamper-proof and meter sealable. Single-phase energy meter, 50A 120-volt 2-wire 60Hz Most commonly a white neutral and a black or red hot wire, 110V to 126V between them. Very voltage tolerant--the meters will tolerate voltages from 84V to 156V!!
