With a compact body in black, the A119 V3 is well hidden behind the windshield, eliminating a distraction while driving, and preferably keeping the original style of your vehicle more uniform and beautiful.
INTRODUCING TRUE PARKING MODE PROTECTION
An anticipated upgrade to the A119V3 is the feature of 'True' Parking Mode Recording.
Parking Mode Recording in itself is the ability of a dash camera to keep recording while the vehicle's engine is off, or the vehicle is "parked". The most conventional design in the marketplace today for standard parking mode tecording is for the dash camera to take still-frame pictures 1-or-2 seconds for the entire duration while the vehicle is parked and then forge the images together to form a frame-by-frame "video". Although this method conserves space on the microSD card, it is not a true "video"-- it's a compilation of a bunch of images and it's 100% obvious when watching the playback. It's kinda clunky.
'TRUE' Parking Mode Recording is the exact opposite. It is the ability for the dash camera to capture full video segments while the vehicle is parked rather than piecing together a smattering of images to form a "Poor-man's" video. The most exciting part is that Parking Mode Recording can be use WITH or WITHOUT the new 3-Wire HK3ACC Hardwire Kit. This means that you can still take advantage of parking mode using the cigarette lighter cable or hardwire kit. No discrimination!
MULTI-OPTION PARKING MODE RECORDING
PRE-BUFFER RECORDING
This camera provides you with a "buffer" against a lack of knowledge of the true events while parked. Footage is captured both 15-seconds before and 30-seconds after an event.
MOTION & COLLISION DETECTION
The camera's new intelligent "self-detecting" ability initiates recording in the event of motion and collision events. Files are flagged as important and protected on the SD card for review.
TIME LAPSE & LOW BIT RATE RECORDING
Footage is captured in small segments of recordings while the vehicle is parked. Continuous video is captured in either low frame-per-second rate or 30fps low bitrate (you choose).
