High Performance Protection How did you come up with the idea for this
product? The founders of this company are all outdoor enthusiasts with a
passion for creating products that will âwowâ the user. We recognized the
tremendous performance characteristics of radiant barriers early on from the
space industry and worked for two years to create a patent pending layering
and combination of materials that is ideal for outdoor apparel and
accessories. What makes your product special? If you spend a lot of time
outside in the sun, you need to be careful. The sunâs ultraviolet waves (UV)
can penetrate and damage the skin. Excessive heat from the sun can cause
cramps, rashes, heat exhaustion, and life threatening heat stroke. Alchemi Sun
Hats block 99.8 % of UV rays and can reflect up to 80% of the sunâs heat waves
instead of absorbing the heat like other hats. We add moisture wicking
sweatbands and aggressive ventilation all to help keep you cool, comfortable,
