create time-sensitive or one-time use codes all from the user-friendly phone

Access Solutions Like many products and companies, igloohome was born out of
need. As Airbnb hosts themselves, the co-founders quickly discovered how
inconvenient key transitions can be. The team wanted to develop a product that
would enhance the overall experience for both hosts and guests. While this
idea started in the rental property market, it quickly expanded to several
other uses that any home owner could benefit from. Based out of Singapore,
igloohome is paving the way for smart-access solutions. No Wi-Fi or Internet
Required These products are completely functional offline – no need for Wi-Fi
or internet connection. This is possible due to igloohome's innovative
technology that synchronizes the smart lock and mobile app when first paired
together by owner. Up to 1 Year of Battery Life 4 AAA batteries are required
(not included) and will power the box for up to 5,000 uses, or approximately 1
year. Low battery is indicated with a flashing red light once battery life is
less than 20%. Battery status is also visible in the igloohome app. If
batteries are drained, there is an emergency backup capability. Simply align
an external 9 Volt battery properly for a jump start. Airbnb Compatible Are
you an Airbnb host? With an additional fee, you can subscribe to have your
calendar automatically synced with your lock box. Your account will
automatically create PIN codes for guests and send to Guest's Airbnb email
address. PIN is only valid for the duration of the guest's stay and after
check-out time, the PIN code expires. The hard work is taken care of for you!
Safety First The lock box has several built-in security features to ease your
mind. The box automatically re-locks after the code is entered, but box isn’t
opened for 60 seconds. Additionally, it will lock out a user after too many
failed attempts. A security alarm will beep indicating the box not being
properly closed, and lastly the system is capable of decoy codes to deter
hackers from guessing the PIN code. To utilize, a user can input up to 8 decoy
digits prior to the actual code. Mobile App Control Once your device is
paired, the intuitive app makes creating and monitoring new PIN codes and
Bluetooth Keys a breeze. Within the app you’re able to manage multiple
devices, have insight into visits, and much more. App works best with iOS 11
and Android 6. Smart Remote Access Our first product back in 2015 was a hub-
based online door lock. In review of the competition, we found connectivity &
maintenance hindered daily customer use. We wanted to further differentiate
our product, leveraging offline user practicality with on-demand access using
