General troubleshooting: If any sound/screen/connectivity issues are experienced, please reset the parent unit: press and hold for a few seconds the “RESET†button at the back of the parent unit. It is located under the stand. This should reset the unit. Solving Connection issues: Position monitor and camera unit 3’ away from WiFi devices (smartphones, routers, computers, tablets, etc.).Move monitor and camera unit closer together, and/or to a new location without thick concrete walls between them. Solving charging port issues: Disconnect and reconnect the power adapters.Switch between the Camera and Parent Unit adapters.
